Ugochukwu Ahubelem, PharmD, MBA, has served as a pharmacist and pharmacy manager in busy community pharmacies, supported medication operations for assisted-living and group-home residents, and worked in behavioral-health and mail-order pharmacy settings.
His work has included older adults, people managing multiple chronic medications, behavioral-health patients, caregivers, prescribers, and residential-care staff who need clear answers and dependable follow-through.
He founded CareCompass to combine direct pharmacist access with organized refill coordination, adherence packaging, local delivery, prior-authorization support, and long-term-care pharmacy operations.

CareCompass Pharmacy LLC is licensed and regulated by the Maryland Board of Pharmacy. Providers, facilities, and members of the public may verify the pharmacy directly through the Board.
