CareCompass Pharmacy respects patient privacy and protects health information in accordance with applicable law and pharmacy standards.
This website provides general information about CareCompass Pharmacy. Please do not submit protected health information, prescription numbers, dates of birth, insurance details, medication names, or medical details through unsecured email or website forms.
Prescription-specific requests should be handled by phone, fax, in person, or through approved secure communication channels provided by the pharmacy.
For emergencies, call 911. For urgent medication-related questions, contact the pharmacy directly by phone.
Website communication and email
CareCompass does not use public website forms to collect patient, prescription, insurance, vaccine, or delivery details. Patient-specific requests are handled by phone, secure fax, in person, or another pharmacy-approved secure channel.
Role-based business email addresses may be used for general, provider, facility, billing, or career questions. Ordinary email is not a secure clinical channel. Do not send protected health information, prescription details, medication lists, insurance cards, or dates of birth by ordinary email.
Analytics are off by default.
CareCompass Pharmacy does not load optional website analytics unless a visitor expressly allows them in Privacy Settings and the pharmacy has enabled an approved analytics configuration. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site profiling, session replay, or analytics to collect form-field values.
Public website forms must not be used to send medication names, prescription numbers, insurance information, dates of birth, or other protected health information.
