We aim for clear language, consistent navigation, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, descriptive links, alternative text for meaningful images, and touch targets that work on mobile devices.

If any page, document, or feature is difficult to use, call 202-589-9438. We will provide the information in another reasonable format when possible.

The sitewide Help button opens a keyboard-accessible dialog with direct paths to refills, transfers, OTC shopping, delivery information, directions, and phone assistance. It can be closed with the Escape key and returns focus to the Help button.

Feedback helps. Please identify the page and the task you were trying to complete. Do not include prescription, medication, diagnosis, insurance, or other protected health information in ordinary email.
