Adding OTC products to a cart and submitting a request does not create a completed sale. CareCompass must review the request and confirm product availability, current retail price, pickup or delivery eligibility, and timing before fulfillment.
No payment is collected through the CareCompass website. Prices shown online, when available, are current verified retail prices but may still require confirmation if inventory or pricing changes before fulfillment.
CareCompass may contact you if an item is unavailable, a different package size is available, delivery is not available for the requested location, or additional clarification is needed.
