Privacy Policy
CareCompass Pharmacy respects patient privacy and protects health information in accordance with applicable law and pharmacy standards.
Effective and last updated: August 31, 2026
This website provides general information about CareCompass Pharmacy. Please do not submit protected health information, prescription numbers, dates of birth, insurance details, medication names, or medical details through unsecured email or website forms.
Prescription-specific requests should be handled by phone, fax, in person, or through approved secure communication channels provided by the pharmacy.
For emergencies, call 911. For urgent medication-related questions, contact the pharmacy directly by phone.
Website communication and public forms
CareCompass uses public website forms only for limited nonclinical contact, business, facility, employment, and callback information. Public forms must not be used for prescription details, medication lists, insurance/member numbers, dates of birth, diagnoses, vaccination history, or other protected health information.
The CareCompass Help button is guided navigation, not a public chat or message form. It does not accept or store typed messages. It opens approved website pages, phone links, directions, or RxLocal. Send patient-specific information only through RxLocal or another pharmacy-approved secure channel.
Some nonclinical public forms are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to CareCompass email. Prescription-transfer and vaccine-appointment workflows that request health-related details are prepared locally in your browser and are not sent to the public form backend. When you choose to continue, you send the prepared request through RxLocal secure messaging or another pharmacy-approved secure channel.
Ordinary email is not a secure clinical channel. Do not send protected health information, prescription details, medication lists, insurance cards, dates of birth, or other clinical information by ordinary email.
OTC cart and order requests
The OTC catalog and cart keep product searches and cart contents in your browser until you choose to submit an order request. CareCompass does not send OTC product selections through Web3Forms or ordinary email.
When the CareCompass secure Cloudflare order queue is configured, an OTC order request is submitted to the CareCompass website's same-origin Cloudflare Worker and stored in the pharmacy's Cloudflare D1 order database for staff review. The request may include the selected OTC products, quantities, your contact information, and pickup or delivery details. Payment card information is not collected on this website.
If the secure website order queue is unavailable, the site offers a fallback that prepares the cart locally so you can copy it and send it through RxLocal secure messaging. CareCompass confirms availability, final retail price, delivery eligibility, and timing before fulfillment.
First-party measurement is limited; Google Analytics is optional.
CareCompass uses a limited first-party analytics stream to count website sessions, page-group views, and broad conversion actions such as calls or directions. This first-party stream does not store form-field values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, medications, insurance information, IP addresses, user-agent strings, or URL query parameters. Google Analytics 4 is optional, is loaded only after a visitor expressly allows it in Privacy Settings, and is excluded from sensitive patient-service pages.
Public website forms must not be used to send medication names, prescription numbers, insurance information, dates of birth, or other protected health information.
Information this website may collect
Public forms may collect limited nonclinical contact information such as your name, phone number, email address, organization, role, or general reason for contacting CareCompass. An OTC order request may include selected products, quantities, contact information, and pickup or delivery details.
The site may also process basic technical information needed for security and operation, such as IP address, browser type, security logs, and preferences stored on your device. Google Analytics 4 remains off until you choose to allow it. Limited first-party website measurement may operate without Google Analytics and is designed not to collect patient-entered data.
How we use and share information
CareCompass uses information to respond to requests, coordinate services, review OTC orders, maintain website security, troubleshoot problems, meet legal obligations, and support pharmacy operations.
Service providers receive only information reasonably necessary for their role. They may include Cloudflare for hosting, security, and the OTC order queue/database; Web3Forms for nonclinical public forms; and RxLocal/PioneerRx for secure patient services. CareCompass does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Cookies, local storage, and analytics
The site may use local storage or similar essential technologies to maintain the OTC cart, privacy preferences, web-app operation, and other features you request.
Google Analytics 4 loads only after an affirmative choice when CareCompass has enabled the Google configuration. Advertising features, cross-site profiling, and session replay are not enabled. You can reopen Privacy Settings to change your Google Analytics choice.
Retention and security
CareCompass keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to a request, complete an operation, maintain business records, or meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Retention periods can differ by record type.
CareCompass uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no Internet system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send clinical or insurance information through public channels when you are directed to a secure channel.
