Monthly consultant pharmacist medication-regimen review can be included for contracted facilities in alignment with the care setting and applicable Maryland requirements.
Contracted facilities receive 24-hour emergency pharmacy access through a defined after-hours escalation line. The medication source, pickup or delivery pathway, and responsible contacts are documented during onboarding.
Delivery routes, response standards, system integrations, and facility-specific procedures are documented in the pharmacy services agreement.
